Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Return & Replacement Policy

We strive to deliver quality products. However, in case of any issue:

  • We do not offer returns after delivery

  • Only replacement requests are accepted under the following conditions:

    • Product received is defective, or

    • Wrong product has been delivered

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories

Requests that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

Warranty Policy

  • If the package is received in a damaged condition, customers must report within 48 hours with proper proof

  • Failure to report within the timeline may result in rejection of the claim

  • In case of any dispute, NAC Global’s decision shall be final and binding
